SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Location
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Carrier & Timeline
Shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. We are not responsible for delays once your order is in transit.
Local Store Pickup
Free local pickup is available at our salon in Midland, TX.
You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup is available only during business hours:
Monday–Thursday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 3 PM
Please have your order confirmation with you at pickup.
RETURN POLICY
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items. Please double-check your cart before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it.
Lost Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, or you believe your shipment is lost in transit, please reach out so we can help track it down.
